TOGGLE STUDIO FAQs

We’ve tried our best to be as transparent as possible, but if you have any additional questions please don’t hesitate to contact the studio via email.

  • No, we don’t. We believe in the importance of implementing a cohesive brand throughout your business, not just having a logo.

  • Our goal is to ensure you walk away with an intentional brand and strong sense of alignment. Many times, when past elements are combined with new, you end up with a pieced-together solution – which ultimately doesn’t speak to your ideal customers as effectively as possible. To ensure the success of your project and the quality of our work, we do not work with existing logos or design elements.

  • Yes, we absolutely do! We offer all services worldwide. This includes content creation and product photography. If you are interested, please enquire via our contact form or alternatively via email for more information. For payment purposes we use PayPal.

  • When you get your brand files, all logos and elements will be delivered in JPEG, PNG, EPS, AI and PDF formats. If need, additional file types can be purchased after delivery.

  • We do! We understand that working with a designer is a big investment, so we typically break our packages into or 3 part payments depending on how big the project is. However, we are flexible and happy to discuss options that align with your budget.

  • There are 2 complimentary rounds of refinements that are included in our brand packages. By starting off with determining a brand direction and strategy we ensure we are on the same page before designing. Therefore 2 rounds is usually more than enough! If not, additional revisions can be purchased.

  • There are a couple of things we don’t include in our project prices. These include font licenses, brand photography, image sourcing, printing fees and additional revisions (beyond the two rounds included in each package).

  • We are usually booked up at least a month in advance for branding projects so I do encourage clients to get in early to secure their spot. After submitting a contact form, I will get in touch with you to understand your brand’s vision, goals and mission as well as the services that you’re after, and schedule in a discovery call. If we determine that we are a good fit to work together, I’ll send across an invoice for you to pay a 50% deposit and a contract for you to sign. Your project is only considered booked in, once I receive this deposit and signed contract.
